The financial specialists are part of the Wealth Management/Private Banking division within the Privatcus Bank division. The financial specialists support our Wealth Management, Private Banking, Healing and Business Customers with the responsible structuring and monitoring of complex financing requests for different asset classes. Together with our colleagues from Relationship Management, we want to be a reliable, competent partner for all financial areas of life for our customers.

Type of employment: Full or part-time possible Representative:in and main contact partner:in close cooperation with the generalist for all issues concerning real estate financing/residential financing and for the entire asset business for Wealth Management and Private Banking Customers Analysis of private and operational investment projects, their adaptation to operational and private conditions, plausibility and optimisation of tailor-made financing concepts, taking into account possible risks Implementation of defined credit processes, in particular taking over further implementation, including administrative activities within the framework of real estate financing/residential financing process Fast and high-quality processing of credit exposures and interface to relevant units in the credit process throughout the entire settlement up to complete valutation Recognition of cross-selling approaches within the 360° performance spectrum and coordinator:in for the structured specialist:internal use Neukund:internal acquisition by active address and recommendation management as well as setup/acquisition and support of own intermediary networks

Successfully completed training as a banker/wife or banker with Frankfurt School Finance & Management / VWA degree or economic and legal studies Loan knowledge mainly in the field of real estate financing and comprehensive knowledge of the product range around the property Multiannual successful activity in the care of private and/or corporate customers Outstanding market knowledge in the Frankfurt real estate market Target-oriented, structured mode of operation while at the same time very pronounced quality awareness Embossed consulting and sales expertise and safe handling of the demanding customer portfolio Safe, binding and appropriate occurrence
