Company profile Our customer is a leading pharmaceutical company based in Gerlingen that develops innovative solutions for the healthcare industry. In order to strengthen the financial team, our customer is now looking for a dedicated debitor accountant (m/w/d), who with his knowledge and experience contributes significantly to optimally controlling the financial processes.

Tasks

Management of debitor accounting: booking and monitoring of payment transactions and clarification of open items. -Creation and verification of invoices: Ensuring a correct invoice to our customers. -Mahnwesen: performing dunnings and communication with customers in case of payment residues. -Determination of accounts: regular account balances and analysis of differences. -Support in the monthly financial statements: preparation and provision of relevant data for the monthly and annual accounts.

• Collaboration with other departments: Close coordination with sales and customer support to clarify open questions.

Requirements profile

Training: Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification. -Professional experience: First experience in debitor accounting, preferably in a medium-sized company. -knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and common accounting software; Experience with SAP or DATEV is advantageous.
