• Processing of time corrections, yields and unplausible bookings

• Testing and correction of driver times and carrying out evaluation discussions

• Control of absences and coordination with personnel deployment planning

• Implementation and documentation of infringement analyses

• Examination of legal departure controls, Digitacho trips and rides without driver card

• Analysis of unplausible tour durations and evaluations in accidents or fines

• Processing of KBA messages and advice from drivers

• Creation of EU data sheets in absences

• Care of personal and master data in YellowFox incl. Document deadlines

• Creation and testing of time recording lists as well as CSV transfer to Atoss

• Compensation of allowances and absences with the personnel department

• Ensure correct data levels for balances, holidays and monthly accounts

• Adjustment of holiday hours according to operating agreement

• Compilation of evaluations and statistics on balances, key figures, driving styles, salves and premiums

• Support for temperature evaluations and fleet reporting

• Support for FP organization and FP training

• Service for the fleet line

• Representation in personnel deployment planning (short term and perspective)

• Completed commercial training, ideally logistics/personal services

• experience with tachograph and driver data as well as knowledge of working time and social regulations

• Safe handling of Yellow Fox, Atoss, CosWare and MS Office

• Analytical, accurate and structured work

• Communication and team skills
