Administrative employee as team leader for third-party funding accounting (m/f/d)

Leadership and development of a dedicated team Responsibility for the proper, timely and auditable settlement of national and international third-party projects Ensuring compliance with funding requirements of different funding providers (e.g. BMBF, DFG, European Union, Federal and State Ministries and other funding organisations) Consultation of scientific and administrative areas in all third-party settlement issues Control of medium calls, evidence of use and final accounts Analysis, optimization and digitization of existing processes and participation in organizational change projects Close cooperation with research funding, controlling, financial accounting, purchasing and other administrative areas Compilation of reports, evaluations and policy templates for management Participation in annual and external audits

A completed university degree in business, economic or administrative sciences or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in third-party management, finance or right to grant – ideally in the scientific or public environment Experience in the management of employees or proven potential to take over a management task Good knowledge of public budgetary, grant and funding law Experience in handling ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Analytical skills, organisational skills and a solution-oriented working method High communication and consulting skills and the joy of interdisciplinary cooperation Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
