Representation of station management and support in station management Organisation and ensuring smooth workflows including Implementation of care standards Participation in personnel deployment planning Documentation, control and maintenance of the care process Result and team-oriented cooperation as well as use in the 3-shift system

State recognition as a health and nursing worker and several years of experience in the psychiatric sector, ideally with first leadership experience Knowledge of the documentation and work organisation according to PEPP and well-founded IT skills Excellent professional and social competence as well as high patient and service orientation Communication and moderation strength as well as organizational talent and experience in service planning Leadership and readiness for self- and foreign reflection Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
