In your function, you take over the technical, organizational and strategic overall management of the MZEB and ensure a high-quality, person-centric supply of adults with complex disabilities. The medical and conceptual further development of the Centre will make you active and develop existing supply structures, taking into account current technical, legal and health economic conditions. With leadership and integrating power, you guide the multi-professional team of medicine, psychology and care, promote a cooperative cooperation of disciplines and develop a common professional attitude. In close coordination with the Executive Board, you will bring your entrepreneurial perspective into strategic decision-making processes and take co-responsibility for the sustainable positioning and economic stability of the MZEB. In addition to a completed specialist training in neurology, psychiatry or internal medicine, you have successfully completed or concluded the BÄK-Curriculum – medicine for people with intellectual impairment or multiple disability, as shown by the agreed time.
