for the areas Info-Point and Post office

The area of responsibility includes, in particular, the collection of the postal service at the Agency, the distribution of receipts, the preparation of the departure post, the acceptance of parcels and parcels, the internal postal distribution and the telephone service for the circular administration, the consultation of the public and various office activities. The operation takes place alternately before and after noon.

Adjustment requirements are:

• a completed training in office or administration

• customer and team-oriented work

• Class B driving licence

It is a crisis-proof activity in location security, occupational pension schemes (ZVK) and reliable regulations (including working time) for the public service. It is a temporary employment, initially for 2 years, with the aim of delimitation. The fee depends on the 3 TVöD pay group.
