As an internal organizational area, we are the service-oriented service provider for our customers on all issues relating to the organization of the DAK health. In release management, we are responsible for the introduction, control and further development of IT changes - from the requirement to quality assurance to successful delivery to our internal users. We support central applications such as BITMARCK_21c|ng and relevant resystems such as Columbus and Atacama. As a DV organizer in release management, you ensure smooth processes, coordinate important software tests and work closely with specialist areas, IT area and IT service providers.

Are you looking for a new challenge that suits you?

Your tasks:

• Organization and control of release processes of our central software BITMARCK_21c|ng and of 21c systems - including removal of process barriers
• Organization and control of the technical support process for BITMARCK_21c|ng incl. Escalation management
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of software tests and rollouts in close coordination with internal departments, external service providers and in particular the manufacturer BITMARCK
• Consolidated technical release of software releases for BITMARCK_21c|ng and 21c systems and support in the evaluation of technical and technical risks
• Representation of the DAK health as a central contact person in all issues of release management with respect to specialist areas, bodies, decision makers and external partners
• Promoting knowledge transfer in the company by hosting meetings and designing workshops and training
• Monitoring and further development of processes for release and test management for BITMARCK_21c|ng
• Active introduction into projects and process improvements as well as shaping the further development of our IT-supported processes

Your profile:

• Business and organizational knowledge acquired through professional experience, study, training or training
• Insufficient professional experience in statutory health insurance (GKV) - e.g. through activities in the IT or organization sector.
• Comprehensive IT knowledge and good experience in handling the software product BITMARCK_21c|ng
• Funded knowledge of test management and IT service management methods
• Embossed communication strength and organisational skills as well as independent, structured working and team skills
• Very good German knowledge (min. C1) as well as high self-motivation for continuous further education in the field of system landscapes around BITMARCK_21c|ng
• readiness to travel
