For our clients, we are looking for an experienced management personality that takes over the overall responsibility for the production areas in this key position. You control processes, optimize processes and ensure sustainable quality, efficiency and time and cost loyalty. It awaits you with a responsible leadership task with a large design space, short decision paths and a dynamic production environment.

Management and control of the production area with focus on quality and time accuracy Planning and implementation of strategic production targets to increase efficiency Continuous optimization of production processes by lean management methods Responsibility for resource planning and capacity utilisation Leadership and development of the production team through training and mentoring Implementation and monitoring of safety standards and requirements Cooperation with other departments to achieve production and business objectives

You have completed a degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or a comparable technical training with further training as a technician Multiannual professional experience in a comparable leadership position, ideally in the international environment, completes your profile. Embossed competence in the analysis, optimization and further development of processes Very good MS Office knowledge, ideally SAP knowledge High social competence, team orientation and enforcement strength Hands-on mentality, flexibility and strong sense of responsibility Knowledge in lean management and safe handling of modern production control systems are desirable.
