Your duties

• local contact for the client, tenant and Suppliers
• implementation of craft activities, including the technical installations or Small pieces of any kind
• Support for private and foreign services and Reporting
• Ensuring traffic safety, fault detection, order and cleanliness of the plot and object through regular Visits
• Implementation and documentation of technical controls/ Visual inspections
• coordination, instruction and supervision of craftsmen and Maintenance companies and control and acceptance of repair and maintenance Maintenance work
• Elimination of disturbances, alarms and technical failures

• Complete technical training in the field Electrical engineering
• Handicraft skill
