Account Manager Aviation – interne Position (m/f/d)

You control the entire recruiting process – from job alerts and candidate searches to talks to contract conclusion. You meet our existing customers, align staff requirements and ensure a reliable cooperation in the daily business. You’re puggling internal and customer-side recruiting platforms, keeping open positions in mind and ensuring a structured processing. You address our employees in customer use and you are contact person for questions about employment, employment and professional development. You take over the administrative handling of the project assignments and work closely with the internal departments.

You have a completed professional training or a study, ideally with personal or economic reference. You bring experience in recruiting, in personal care or in customer care – ideally from the personnel service industry. You work safely with digital recruiting channels and are targeted when looking for suitable professionals. You communicate bindingly and professionally and can adjust to candidates, employees and customers alike. You are interested in technical topics and want to further develop your knowledge about the aerospace industry. A pronounced service orientation as well as a structured and reliable way of working are what distinguishes you. Good knowledge of English for communication with international candidates and contact persons complete your profile.
