Your job - so you shape our future Data analysis: You analyze customer, sales and business data and derive concrete control impulses for our sales areas. Reporting: You ensure the operation of existing sales control instruments, key payment systems and reporting. Success control: You have a look at the development of our sales successes and, together with the segment managers, guide recommendations for action for decision-makers in sales. Ad-hoc analyses: You create (ad-hoc) analyses based on our customer/ and sales data and prepare them to address them. Customer selection & Campage Control: Together with our segment and campaign managers, you develop targeted customer selections for sales and use our DataAnalytics instruments from the Sparkassen financial group Your profile – so you can introduce yourself: Qualification: You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics. Alternatively, you have completed a further qualification in the field of data management, analysis or control after your training as a bank merchant/woman. Banking is helpful, but not necessarily necessary. First experiences in sales control/controlling, data analytics or a comparable environment – ideally in a credit institution or insurance – complete your profile. Technical know-how: A professional handling of MS-Office products is obvious to you. You have first experience dealing with BI and reporting tools, ideally SAP Business Objects. Experiences with SQL, Access or comparable database systems are advantageous. Working: Through your analytical thinking and your structured way of working, you are able to solve complex questions. Personal characteristics: You perform with a pronounced target or solution orientation and have a high implementation competence. Your communication behavior is safe, binding and convincing.
