As a specialist (m/w/d), in the Agency function (administrative) in the Middle Office, you will be responsible for syndicated loans (consortial finances), for example for the business sectors corporate finance, project financing and export financing. They monitor the information requirements of borrowers in accordance with the credit agreement, guaranteeing further processing or Distribution to our financing partners and check and confirm payment arrangements. You will work closely with the responsible market areas and credit administration (Paying Agency – Back Office) and accompany customer meetings in addition to calls. In addition, you support the processing of wafer or change requests and communicate with the consortium as well as our customers. On the relevant for the syndication and agency platforms (e.g. Debtdomain), organize and manage both individual financing and consortia partners.
