You enter our national and international customers in cooperation with the sales service. Routinized and professionally process customer requests and get in touch with our customers and internal interfaces every day. You are responsible for order acceptance including administrative processing. In addition, you create export accompanying documents such as shipping, customs and customer-specific documents. You make sure that the delivery of our domestic and foreign customers is guaranteed. During the continuous maintenance, monitoring and adaptation of the plan numbers, you prove your number affinity.

You have successfully completed your commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman) or your studies (e.g. business management or economics). In customer support (ideally in the national and international environment), you could already gain experience. You have an organizational talent, are structured and keep track of parallel tasks. A safe handling of MS Office and ideally SAP are a plus. Your profile is rounded off by targeted communication skills and good English skills.
