Operational and strategic support in the planning, coordination and implementation of projects within the framework of the group-wide PMO portfolio, for example in the field of process automation or digitization Improving efficiency and product performance by mon­toring, tracking and controlling entire workstreams, project objectives, timetables and budgets Application and development (agile) project management methods and the continuous improvement of PMO procedures and the establishment of appropriate governance Preparing and implementing project meetings, compiling reports and developing detailed analyses Active work with project management tools and data banks

Completed study in the field of project management, economics, infor­mation or a comparable qualification (Master preferred, Bachelor also possible) In­dustrial thinking personality with strong affinity for dynamic project worlds within the framework of trans­for­mation and struc­tured work Analytical skills with experience in networked project work Efforts to identify complex processes within and outside our value chain and to efficiently control, coordinate and optimize them High level of initiative, awareness and excellent communication skills Experience in the application of project management methodology Very good English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of computer systems and common office applications
