Designing the organisational structure, personnel planning and future competence requirements Contact person for executives and employees in operational personnel topics along the entire Employee Lifecycle Supporting global HR transformation and digitization projects Working with Employer Branding and Personal Marketing Cooperation with the works council and creation of business agreements Responsible for the elaboration of occupational retirement provision and central contact person for all related topics Close cooperation with the Global Shared Service Center (SSC) to ensure high-quality processing of all HR services such as payroll accounting, time management, data management and documentation Support in the processing and optimization of topics related to Payroll and Time Economy in cooperation with the SSC Support for training and training

A completed study in human resources, law, business, etc. or comparable training Professional experience in the described task area, ideally in a production or automotive environment Knowledge of German labour law and experience in cooperation with companies and collectively-based companies Experience with HR systems, LOGA of advantage Language skills in German, good English skills Knowledge/experience with occupational retirement benefits of advantage Proactive, structured and sovereign permeability with the ability to move safely in a dynamic environment
