You coordinate independent construction sites in the field of communications networks (Cu/LWL, telecommunications) You take responsibility for projects from planning to completion and make sure that your orders are handled economically, professionally and on time You are responsible for the professional laying of cables, coordination with other divisions (low voltage and medium voltage) up to documentation and thus for a reliable network infrastructure Planning, management and disposition of assembly teams, skilled workers, technicians and temporary workers as well as controlling subcontractors You pay attention to compliance with internal and higher-level standards in quality management as well as HSEQ and occupational safety guidelines to reliably achieve project objectives You are a competent contact person for our customers, suppliers, offices and internal colleagues and actively promotes optimizations in project processing

Complete training in the industrial and technical field (e.g. electronics / electricians m/w/d ) or in the construction industry / road construction / road construction with master and/or Graduate or studies (e.g. industrial engineering / civil engineering / electrical engineering) or comparable qualifications with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience as a construction manager, project manager or in a coordinating function in telecommunications, cable network, fiber optic or power grid, or the motivation to grow into this role Ideally experience in the construction of communications and power networks Good MS Office knowledge driving licence class B Driving license class C1 / C1E or C/CE desirable Self-responsible and committed working style, negotiation skills and joy in working in the team
