Number: MER00045EP As part of the global HR Transformation, HR processes and the associated system landscape are redesigned in Germany. The German roll-out is closely linked with global teams, local stakeholders (e.g. legal entities, operations, legal) and external implementation partners. A special focus is on remuneration-relevant topics (paryroll/gross pay determination) and on ensuring a stable and functional payroll after dissolving the existing systems. As an intern*in, you support the Global Functional Team Compensation & Benefits Roll Out Germany for analysis, coordination and documentation tasks related to the end-to-end process architecture. These challenges include: Support in the design of Compensation & Benefits Subject topics, such as gross compensation, management and remuneration processes, pensions and other benefits Support for various digitalization initiatives and active work on new dashboards for the topics of compensation controlling Working with the analysis and documentation of end-to-end HR processes (e.g. process overviews, requirements, interfaces) with the focus of Compensation & Benefits Maintenance and structuring of project documents (e.g. status overviews, placements, decision and action lists) Support in the coordination between workstreams (e.g. PMO, Technical Lead, Functional Lead, E2E Lead) by processing information and follow-ups Support in coordination between project workstreams and the Global Functional Team Compensation & Benefits Research and processing of information on topics in the project context (e.g. terms, process steps, open points) Support in the assignment of Job Profiles in the context of data migration Using the identification and tracking of risks, dependencies and open points The activity can begin from September 2026.
