They work in the design and implementation of our training projects and their documentation in the Digital Training & Media department. You take over the installation and configuration of servers, networks, operating systems and applications of our complex training systems as well as their maintenance, monitoring and updating – both in-house and on-site customers. You are also responsible for identifying and addressing problems and for carrying out troubleshooting measures in the integration, acceptance and warranty phases. You optimize the IT infrastructure and the virtualization and automation solutions of our products They ensure second and third level support for our products used. They take over the control of subcontractors.

They bring a completed study of computer science, with experience in system integration or comparable qualifications. You have already gained several years of professional experience in configuring and managing networks and Windows/Linux servers as well as network protocols. You could also build experiences in the field of virtualization solutions (Vmware and Alternatives). They have the ability to develop complex technical topics and have an analytical and conceptual ability to think and are open to new technical solutions. Your customer orientation and social skills are targeted to achieve common goals. In doing so, you rely on an independent and responsible way of working. Your profile is rounded off by a very good knowledge of English and a worldwide readiness to travel.
