You are responsible for the management and division of employees (w/m/d) and service providers (w/m/d) in employee transfer to the required work areas/storage processes and ensure layer transfer. You control the correct stock receipt and steer and control industrial trucks (control of the forklift books, etc.). You are responsible for compliance with the first instruction of new employees (w/m/d), interns (w/m/d) or when transferring employees (w/m/d) to another job. You are monitoring the annual training of industrial employees (w/m/d). You work out warehouse damage to customer goods quickly; you also transfer the message and documentation of other defects to FFZ, battery systems etc. to the operating management and/or administration management. To comply with the cleaning requirements for glass breakage (use separate cleaning material) and control the indoor cleaning plans. The control and implementation of certification requirements, customer requirements and quality checks are also one of your tasks.

You have a training in the field of logistics, professional experience and ideally leadership experience. You like to perform the role model and are a fair team player (w/m/d). You work target- and planning-oriented and have good time management. You have commitment and communication skills. The willingness to further education completes your profile.
