Health, Safety & Environment Specialist for customer projects (m/f/d)

As a central interface between customer projects, project management and our HSE organization, you contribute to ensuring work, health and environmental protection along the course of the project. With your structured approach and your view for risks and opportunities for improvement, you strengthen the quality of our shipbuilding projects and support the continuous development of our HSE standards. Your tasks at a glance: In your area of responsibility is the support of our customer projects in the field of HSE and the cross-project standardization of our processes. As a connecting element, you act between project management, customer and HSE organization and control all HSE-relevant topics across all project phases. When accompanying project and manufacturing environments, ensure compliance with legal and customer-specific requirements and at the same time ensure the creation and maintenance of all project-related HSE documents With audits, inspections, cravings, toolbox talks and training measures, you promote awareness of HSE and strengthen the security of employees and entrepreneurs. Through the systematic analysis of key figures and events, you are taking appropriate measures, tracking them and supporting the further development of standardized HSE documentation. With the establishment and maintenance of a sustainable network to all project-related HSE topics, you will ensure smooth cooperation throughout the company.

Complete technical studies (e.g. in the fields of safety technology, occupational safety and health protection, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or qualification as a state-tested technician with a focus on technical or safety-relevant fields (e.g. machinery, electrical, environmental or safety technology) Influential professional experience (2-5 years) in the HSE environment, ideally in project-oriented structures Found knowledge of ISO 45001 and experience in environmental management according to ISO 14001 routine in cooperation with international or cross-border teams Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Creativity, curiosity and interest in the continuous development of processes, standards and working methods Standing for national missions (about 40%)
