Accounts Payable Clerk / Focus on Processes & Systems

Active co-design of continuous process and system optimization within creditor accounting. As a key user, you are technically responsible for the xSuite (digital document management) system and support the creditor account holders – also internationally – in the application. Participation in projects such as the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. Contact person for internal and external enquiries. Formal audit, recording and booking of input invoices in SAP. Processing the open-post lists of creditors. Close cooperation with the areas of procurement and logistics. Compilation of evaluations on various creditor issues.

A successfully completed commercial training, ideally in an industrial company. Professional experience in creditor accounting. Practical experience in dealing with SAP, with digital audit workflows and MS Office knowledge are of advantage. Own-sponsored and result-oriented operation and good analytical skills. High efficiency for processes and systems. Team spirit and strong communication personality. Good knowledge of English in word and writing.
