Trainer in vocational training for civil engineering workers / track builders

At the closest possible time we are looking for you as an instructor:in the vocational training for civil engineering specialists:inside / track builders:inside (w/m/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG at the Hamburg-Harburg site. Your tasks:

You are responsible for planning the implementation of predetermined training phases according to the training plan You teach our trainees the knowledge defined in the training regulation and instruct them professionally so that You can learn and apply the necessary tools in their job. The design of a project-oriented training, including modern media and methods, is your responsibility You continuously develop the training concepts and adapt them to the circumstances You accompany our trainees in the technical field in all phases of training Together with our customers, you support learning processes and lead the trainees to the successful completion of training

Special features If necessary, your use is possible in line with the proportionality (work situation, deployment plan and weighting) The participation in audit committees is important to us

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed training as a civil engineering specialist:in or track builder:in – preferably with qualification Master:in civil engineering or road mechanics:in or master:in rail construction or long-term professional experience or completed vocational training in the construction industry (construction, carpentry, tiles:in etc.) You are willing to work quickly into new areas of work, if necessary also temporarily, in other training workshops You bring your own initiative and self-employment as well as high willingness to use and pedagogical suitability Your PC skills are good and you're fit in common office applications, as well as you're open to constantly developing yourself Ideally, you already have a qualification according to the instructor's eligibility regulation (AEVO) or are ready to acquire it You are a motivator:in and like to set up for the goals of your team Learning in a comprehensible and appealing way is your passion and you have fun to accompany your trainees, to ask and promote them.
