Solutions Marketing Manager Europe (m/f/d)

Responsible for positioning: You are responsible for the end-to-end positioning of a tender solution in the European market from content management to the Go-to-Market implementation. Develop storylines: You develop clear, differentiating storylines based on customer needs, applications and market requirements and translate complex content into convincing arguments. Go-to-Market: You define market priorities as well as Go-to-Market approaches in close coordination with European markets and other stakeholders and derive concrete marketing measures. You control and prioritize relevant marketing assets such as landing pages, sales presentations or white paper and ensure consistent communication across all channels. Connecting teams & content: You orchestrate cross-functional, partly international teams from content, channel and markets, ensure the quality of content for sales and customers and create structured foundations for a scalable AI-supported content and marketing production.

B2B market understanding: You have a strong understanding of applications, markets and customer needs in the B2B environment, for example in the areas of water, infrastructure, buildings or industry. Storytelling competence: You can translate complex facts into clear, convincing storylines and arguments and bring content to the point precisely. Business & Marketing: You think market-oriented and connect business and marketing perspectives securely. Go-to-Market experience: You bring experience in the development and control of Go-to-Market approaches and know how effective marketing measures arise. International cooperation: You conduct cross-functional teams professionally, coordinate international stakeholders and develop content structured, prioritized and efficient with AI support.
