Senior Consultant (m/w/d) At the next possible time, we are looking for a dedicated personality in the field of home technology and general services. The full-time job is limited to two years.

As part of a small team you will ensure the smooth operation of our rental property. These include in particular: Implementation of master and small repair work (e.g. driping faucets, defective illuminants, minor painting work, elimination of simple sanitary tasks) Maintenance of own technical installations and verification of technical installations (e.g. air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems) in the rental area Preparation and care of event rooms Acceptance of deliveries, receipt of goods and forwarding to the customer Participation in area-related procurement measures Support for internal relocations, rebuilding and dismantling Maintenance of inventory and inventory lists Transfer of technical information to external specialist companies and accompanying the work Processing and tracking of fault messages in the technical building management of the property including Documentation Organization and coordination of craft appointments General services such as postal distribution, key management and car park organization The activity takes place completely on site and is associated with regular physical work.

Complete craft or technical training with comparable practical experience (e.g. electrician:in, installer:in) Craft skills and basic technical understanding Ability to identify technical facts and to share them in a structured manner High reliability and sense of responsibility Self-employed, organised working and willingness to share information transparently in the team Friendly, service-oriented and respectful appearance Interest in occupational safety Good knowledge of German and English You work structured and independent, keep dates reliable, document your tasks transparently and independently identify needs for action.
