A task that challenges. Your mission is to inspire the talents of tomorrow for the Bavarian Work and thereby make the energy transition possible at all. You are responsible for the complete recruiting-life cycle of the operative positions - with a special focus on recruiting executives - from the candidate acquisition to the occupation decision. You always have an eye on the optimal Candidate Journey and develop the approach based on KPIs and the feedback of internal customers as well as candidate: all the time.

Through a clear sourcing strategy, you will optimize the quantity and quality of our application inputs and the strategically relevant active and passive candidate: within (networks, Active Sourcing, Social Recruiting).

Together in the team, you pursue the goal of creating an outstanding candidate experience with creative, strategic approaches using the latest digital technologies.

You support the human resources sector in overarching HR projects and actively engage in various topics to focus on talent extraction and development with your creative input and innovative approaches.

A degree of study, at least 7 years of operational experience in recruiting, experience in Executive Recruiting as well as in dealing with SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle form the basis for the position.

You can master the German language fluently (at least C1 level) - orally as in writing - and move safely in a German-speaking working environment.
