Your tasks with us: Consultancy and demand determination: You advise people with disabilities and their relatives and determine the individual needs of the local people by the Baden-Württemberg (BEI_BW). Planning and control of services: Planning, developing and networking necessary assistance services for equal participation. You develop individual goals that promote self-determined and self-responsive life. You control and check the necessary assistance services and maintain the results in a participation and overall plan. You work closely with the expertise in integration aid.

Take this with you: Qualification: Completed social pedagogical study or comparable degree, for example Diplom-Socialpädagoge/in, Diplom-Socialarbeiter/in or Bachelor of Arts Social Work. Knowledge and experience: Ideally already experience in integration aid and in case management. Safe handling of current MS Office applications.

Personal strengths: empathy, team skills, communication skills and an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working. Mobility: driving licence and willingness to use your car for reimbursement.
