Head of Product (m/w/d) Location: Heilbronn, Germany | Type: Full time, unlimited, on site Your role As a head of product, you are responsible for the learning experience of our students – from kick-off to the first job. You are the face of the learning product and the strongest voice for the learning journey of our students. You think 1–3 years ahead so that what we are building today is still relevant tomorrow. This job is for you if you want to shape the education system of the future.

You are responsible for what students actually learn – the projects, skills and milestones from which the learning journey is made – and continuously develop the curriculum so that it remains challenging, harmonious and at the heart of the industry.

You define the skills and attitude that students need to successfully complete the core program with a great learning experience and a strong result. Together with your team, you develop programs that help students achieve this level – within the educational logic of the learning system. You regularly question this requirement profile on the basis of the changing requirements of the industry.

You are responsible for everything from kick-off to the transition of students from the curriculum. You carry out community meetings and product-related townhalls and drive key learning topics.

Learning Management System You are responsible for our LMS as a product and are responsible for how students experience it: you define requirements, prioritise improvements and work closely with the IT, so that the platform supports the learning journey optimally. You make sure the platform reflects and carries the curriculum you defined.

Team leadership You lead the product team and translate the product vision into clear priorities and initiatives. You coordinate work in the team, clear obstacles and make sure that curriculum, learning management system, learning experience and student success interlock harmoniously.

Must have Multiannual experience as a programmer:in True passion for learning and development Impressed organisational and coordination capabilities and the ability to control several initiatives in parallel Excellent communication skills and fluent English. Sovereign dealing with students, coaches, alumni and external partners at all levels Analytical thinking – you meet data-based decisions, define clear metrics and follow results A collaborative hands-on mentality that fits a small, interdisciplinary team

Nice to Have Professional experience in a technology, education, product or community-related role Confidence with peer learning environments, tech communities or educational ecosystems Experience in working with communities, groups or educational programs Experience in leadership of teams
