Testing, recording, confirmation and execution of customer orders Telephone technical product advice for customer requests in German and English Self-delivery of orders in close coordination with sales, production and shipping Telephone technical advice Planning and coordination of production and shipping activities Monitoring dates and control of processes Costing of products or orders Compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. customs clearance, BAFA) Creation and administration of necessary documentation, certificates and drawings

Complete technical studies or training (e.g. industrial businessman, state-tested technicians) - ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering - or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in handling technical products, ideally in the field of electromechanical plant components Communication strength and pronounced customer orientation German and English knowledge in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office and SAP Structured working, organisational skills and coordination talent High commitment, initiative and team spirit
