Good knowledge of German in word and writing Ideally, first professional experience in production, e.g. as production staff, production workers, machine operators, plant managers or quality control Experience in handling scanners is advantageous A completed training is not required Willingness to work in the system Flexibility with regard to working hours (breakdown of shifts, depending on the model of the shift, starting at 04:00) readiness to work for several days on the piece for high production volumes (5-day week, in exceptional cases up to 6–7 working days) Reliable, careful and team-oriented working
