The Mercure Hotel Trier Porta Nigra is just steps from the picturesque old town. Located opposite Porta Nigra, the Mercure Hotel team welcomes its guests in 104 rooms and 2 suites.

The hotel has a restaurant with unique views of the landmark of Trier and the Hotelbistro ''Vis à Vis''. The 4-star venue provides conference and event rooms for up to 200 people.

• You are the first contact person/in our international guests
• You accompany the check-in and check-out of our guests
• You accept reservations
• You use the telephone center
• Cash responsibility
• Creating debitors
• You perform general administrative tasks in the reception area
• It is also part of your task to edit checklists and emails during your shift.

You have a completed vocational training in the hotel industry/restaurants or corresponding previous knowledge, go to work with pleasure and good mood, have fun dealing with guests and think and act service-oriented. You have a neat and well-kept appearance and a friendly and helpful appearance to guests and colleagues. Responsibility, flexibility and guest orientation are their strengths, which You would like to contribute to professional and safe handling of our international guests in addition to the general front office activities during your shifts. You are the born host with good ways of handling and safe occurrence. Self-employed work and good knowledge of German and English are considered to be self-evident.
