At the Langenhagen headquarters you are responsible for a strong, own portfolio of existing customers. You actively identify sales opportunities, control your pipeline consistently and conduct customer talks with clear final orientation. Your role combines elements of classic sales with modern customer success.

You are responsible for the telephone sales and active consulting of existing customers in the Office-Print environment – with a clear final focus. You do not sell individual products, but holistic system and solution concepts that create real added value and secure long-term customer relationships. You tax the entire sales cycle on your own – from the determination of demand through the creation of offers and negotiation to the successful conclusion of the contract. You are building your customer portfolio in a targeted manner, identifying cross- and upselling potentials and driving sales growth actively. You take responsibility for defined KPIs and targets (e.g. sales, closing rates, pipeline, activities) and tax your success data-based. You are consistently puggling and controlling your sales activities in the CRM system and actively utilizing it for forecast and pipeline control. You work closely with internal interfaces (e.g. inside sales, technology, back office) in order to efficiently and customer-orientedly implement accounts. You are part of a high-performance sales team and continue to develop through an individual training program. Our team currently consists of 12 dedicated sales staff. You work closely together – at the Langenhagen site and virtually. The combination of team presence and mobile working offers you the optimal framework for focus and flexibility.
