As a global contact person for well-known customers, representations and sales engineers, you take over a control position and form the interface to our internal departments (e.g. accounting, dispo) You are responsible for a defined area and process national and international orders and offers You ensure the appointment of the order processing and thus contribute to customer satisfaction You check the delivery and payment conditions independently You are responsible for the commercial complaint processing and the logistical coordination of our goods shipments You work with internal and cross-departmental projects
