Our team is working closely with different disciplines to create data-based decision bases and to realize automation potentials. Analysis of business processes for identifying data-driven potentials, in particular in the field of advanced analytics such as machine learning and process mining. Creation of reliable, data-based decision bases and development of sound recommendations for action for departments and management. Evaluation and selection of suitable methods from data engineering and data science to solve specific questions. Self-conception, development and implementation of machine learning solutions including data processing and processing. Integration of ML models and analytic insights into automation processes in close cooperation with departments and IT. Development of meaningful dashboards and visualizations (e.g. with Tableau) as well as targeted communication of results. Continuous training on current trends in machine learning and deep learning as well as interface function to further areas of BMW Financial Services.

completed studies in (economic) informatics, data science, mathematics, engineering or comparable qualification; Promotion of advantage. Professional experience in machine learning, data science or process automation. Very good programming knowledge, especially in Python or PL/SQL, as well as experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or SciKit Learn. Practical experience with process mining tools and development of process automation (e.g. UIPath). Knowledge in the use of machine learning on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Found experience in creating dashboards and data visualizations, preferably with Tableau. Negotiating German and good English skills as well as pronounced team, communication skills, self-initiative and analytical thinking skills.
