Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business management or comparable Long-standing professional experience in project management Experience in the field of disciplinary leadership of employees (m/w/d) Military background of advantage, e.g. as captain (m/w/d) Industry knowledge of defence desirable German and English knowledge in word and writing High level of target orientation, resilience and conflictability High communication and persuasion Ready for business trips
