IT LICENCE MANAGER (W/M/D)

As an IT license manager (w/m/d), you are responsible for the company-wide software set management process (SAM) over the entire software lifecycle and act as a central, shaping interface between IT, legal department, external partners (w/m/d) as well as software and cloud providers. You inventory and maintain all IT software systems including license and contract documentation and ensure continuous license compliance in close cooperation with the legal department. In addition, you support procurement, advise internal customers for the license-optimal use of IT systems and are responsible for the analysis, configuration and optimization of cloud and on-demand services. Among your tasks is the service and consulting focus in ticket processing on software topics, advisory support of the helpline, reporting to IT management and the support of license audits. You are responsible for ongoing market and manufacturer analysis in the form of the evaluation of license models, metrics and partner strategies as well as for deriving optimization and procurement recommendations.

Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the procurement of software and/or IT license management The independent negotiation of contracts as well as accurate communication are your strengths as well as a distinct understanding of technical and business relations Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2) complete your profile Even if you do not meet all requirements, an application is worthwhile: We examine each application for possible alternative positions and support suitable applicants in continuing and continuing training.
