For our central Mahnbereich in Stuttgart we are looking for a senior specialist (m/w/d) insolvency processing at the next possible date in parttime (29h/week). An important pillar of a successful credit bank are correct dunning procedures. You are subject to the entire processing under the extra-judicial debt settlement phase for consumers and the judicial insolvency proceedings. Not least through cooperation with debtor consulting, lawyers and insolvency administrators, exciting tasks await in a responsible area.

Support for insolvent customers:in all stages of extrajudicial debt settlement and judicial insolvency proceedings Negotiation and correspondence with debtors:insides, lawyers, debt advisory bodies, insolvency administrators, courts and authorities Examination, negotiation and conclusion of extrajudicial and judicial debt settlement plans Introduction of titulations on dunning and enforcement order and initiation of enforcement measures and, where appropriate, Monitoring of disputed procedures utilisation of securities as well as accompanying corresponding recovery processes Decision on the sale of receivables, depreciation and other measures for economic receivables Insolvency proceedings and monitoring of deadlines, quota payments and regulatory requirements Working in projects, software tests and continuous process optimization measures

completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the legal environment (e.g. lawyers:r) Multiannual professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably in insolvency processing or a law firm Good knowledge of insolvency law, in particular consumer insolvency Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and secure written and oral expressiveness High loadability, sense of responsibility and team capability Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
