Development, continuous development and management of training and study programmes as an active contribution to the implementation of the corporate strategy Discipline leadership of the field “training” with focus on dual training, dual study and joint training Control of the uniform content and methodological / didactic design of the training and study programmes according to the defined concepts of the WW Group Controlling the development of professional competence through targeted placement of theoretical and practical content for own and collaborative trainees Implementation and continuous adaptation of strategically derived educational products, including integration of digital and hybrid learning formats Development and management of the training portfolio according to the training framework plan, including active acquisition and utilization control to ensure the contribution of the joint training Active participation in regional training networks (ICCs, schools, universities, employment agency) to strategically place business interests Management of measures for pupils in close cooperation with the field of human resources and the leading implementation of selection procedures and candidate talks

Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, complemented by a further education on the Bachelor Professional (audited Master Strom) as well as tested training and further education – or a comparable qualification leadership experience desirable Finded experience in the further development of technical and commercial training and study programmes in terms of content and methodological terms, ideally focusing on modern learning formats Embossed IT affinity and practical experience in implementing digital projects in the field of education Ability to implement and continuously develop new learning concepts and digital tools in a targeted manner
