(Junior) Sales Manager Aftersales Programs (m/f/d)

Your new tasks:

• You process and answer customer requests for spare parts sales and repairs in the programs of the SGF programs.
• With the specialist departments, you agree on technical questions to realize customer-specific repair solutions.
• You will start offerings in a defined framework, taking into account technical feasibility, delivery times and margins.
• Tracking offers and reporting on forecast and status are your tasks.
• You will take care of the commercial order processing after order receipt, such as the collection of orders in SAP, the triggering of orders, the verification of compliance with the basic rules of licensed exports and, if necessary, Introduction of necessary measures, complaints or guarantee processing.
• You support the execution of repair orders after the warranty period.
