Develop and implement the technology, product, and innovation strategy in line with the company strategy and Ambition 2030 Drive the strategic development of the product portfolio based on market needs, competitiveness, and regulatory requirements. Own R&D governance, processes, and performance management, including the definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., EASA, NIS2, CRA) and manage related certification at company and product level Lead the company ́s technology and security governance, including risk management, security-by-style principles, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Manage internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, EASA, NIS2) and ensure implementation of results improvement measures. Further develop the platform, infrastructure, and AI strategy to support innovation, scalability, security, and operational excellence Promote modern engineering practices and continuous improvement development environments and developer experience. Take responsibility for research activities funding and support the identification and use of available opportunities. Ensure a common technology vision through close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Security teams. Lead and develop the responsible teams while fostering an innovation-driven, technology-focused, and high-performing culture

Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field; additional in technology, innovation, or management are an advantage. Several years of leadership experience in a key technology role, for example in Engineering, Software Development, Architecture, Product Development, or Research & Development. Proven experience in developing complex software and system solutions as well as implementing technology and product strategies. Strong knowledge of modern software architectures, distributed systems, platform strategies, and current engineering practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD). Experience with security, compliance, and certification requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, CRA, EASA), ideally in safety-critical or regulated environments. Strong strategic, technological, and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, scalability, and sustainable value creation. Authentic leader with strong execution skills, a proactive “can-do” attitude, and the ability to support teams pragmatically and hands-on, even in challenging situation. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a passion for technological innovation, future trends, and emerging technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence.
