Reference number: 363388 Supporting the team of the branch in the daily business – organisational, administrative and content Planning & Preparing appointments, creating appropriate documents and conversation logs Commercial support for operational tasks: material ordering, preparatory work for wage billing etc. reception of visitors, reception of telephone calls and forwarding to the relevant contact persons Maintenance of databases and storage systems, editing post-in and exit General assistance and support of the team in cross-departmental projects They strengthen our team in Salz near Bad Neustadt an der Saale.
