Technical Responsibility & Standards: You define and monitor the technical standards within our projects and ensure that these are consistently complied with. Code reviews and the coaching of the project staff are a matter of course for you. Solution architecture: You develop robust and scalable solution architectures for our projects. CI/CD pipelines: To automate the development process, you develop and manage corresponding CI/CD pipelines Automated quality assurance: To ensure the reliability and stability of our software, you use tools and methods for automated quality assurance. Support for the selection of internal and external employees: You are actively involved in the selection and evaluation of internal and external employees to ensure that we win the best talents for our projects.
