You work close to the team, quickly take responsibility and get insights into projects, communication and organization around learning and development.

This is what awaits you:

People Development Measures: You support the design, implementation and evaluation of personnel development measures. Organization and communication: You take over the organization and communication of development offers as well as the maintenance of digital learning platforms. Staff surveys and surveys: You manage our survey tool, assist in carrying out and test results. Contact person in everyday life: You are a contact point for questions about People Development and assists in coordinating concerns. Presentations and materials: You will create presentations, documents and communication materials for different target groups. Operational daily business: You support the team in managing and organizational tasks in the Daily Business. Flexible working model: Together with your team, you are a day a week in our modern office in Düsseldorf, the remaining days you work flexibly.

Studies: You study (economic)psychology, social sciences, BWL, economics or a comparable subject. Conclusion: A bachelor's degree is advantageous. Experience: You have already gained experience in personnel development or in a related area, for example through internships, a work-studierende activity or training.
