Planning and organisation: You create service and holiday plans for our team and always keep in mind the needs of employees and day care guests. Personnel development: You develop targeted measures to promote and further develop our team, strengthen a positive team culture and actively contribute to long-term employee engagement. Nursing care: You take care of professional care according to legal requirements and accompany new guests sensitively from initial contact to complete admission to the care process. Advice and assistance: As a competent contact person, you conduct qualified consultations and support both those in need of care and their relatives with advice and action. Documentation and care planning: You create and revise professional care planning and ensure reliable, careful documentation.

You have a completed training as a examinated nursing specialist (m/w/d) and a completed training for nursing care (m/w/d). You are characterized by a high degree of commitment, flexibility and durability. Reliability, teamability and the ability to work independently are of course for you. You have a strong social competence and meet both colleagues and guests and relatives with appreciation and empathy.
