These are your tasks Outbound customer contact: On the phone, by chat and e-mail, you talk to our customers: active in, conduct conversations to specialist when needed: inside and accompany the entire process professionally. Contact person: You are the first respondent for new and existing customers: you are competent to advise our products with a focus on loans and financing. Need analysis: With your sales talent, you recognize customer needs, sustainability preferences and offer matching offers. Digital product consulting: You are passionate about our customers: our electronic banking services in the Medialen distribution and show them how You use them optimally. Case processing: You process assigned events and tasks and support customer surveys, for example. Process improvement: With your feedback, you actively develop our products and services and introduce your own ideas.

We wish you Completion: A completed vocational training as a bank clerk Bank merchant or multiannual professional experience in a customer or call center or in the banking environment, e.g. as a private customer advisor:in. Sales & Service Compensation: Joy in consulting & on sale, fingertip feeling & negotiation skills in customer discussions as well as a pronounced communication strength. Customer orientation: friendliness, reliability and the desire to focus on customers. Technology affinity: fun on digital tools and modern communication channels. Flexibility: willingness to work in the shift system within our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 8-18am). Strong expressiveness: German language skills (C2 level).

You can expect from us An annual salary between 47,000 – 57,000 Euro (TVöD-S, max. E8) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree. 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers. The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation. 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December and special days for special occasions.
