Accounting on a mini-job basis (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated accounting (m/w/d) for financial and wage accounting.

MHC Immobilien und MHC Bau GmbH, based in Schwäbisch Gmünd, stands for innovative construction and real estate projects in the Stuttgart region. We realize high-quality residential properties – with a focus on quality, efficiency and sustainable construction.

Your challenge

• Support in ongoing accounting

• Examination, confirmation and booking of input and output invoices

• Maintenance and management of documents and accounting documents

• Preparation of documents for the tax advisor

• Monitoring of payment inputs and outputs

• General administrative activities in accounting

• Wage accounting

Your qualifications and strengths

• Commercial training or experience in accounting

• Basic knowledge of financial and wage accounting

• Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience with accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Lexoffice, SevDesk etc.)

• Careful, structured and reliable operation

• discretion and sense of responsibility
