Start of training: 15 August 2025

You will visit the Stauffenberg School in Frankfurt twice a week and learn there:

1. Teaching year – Basic & Organisation Learn about the marketing and communication industry, legal forms and structures. Community law, environmental protection. Insight into work organisation, project work, IT and communication systems. Basic knowledge of communication, teamwork and customer support.

2nd year of teaching – Marketing & Analysis Market and target group analysis, competition observation. Basics of brand management, budget planning and communication strategies. Working with planning, briefing and concept development. Use of creativity techniques and media planning.

3. Teaching year – Implementation & Responsibility Control of campaigns and creative processes. Intensification of project and quality management. Rights and licenses (author, trademark, competition law). Independent planning, implementation and monitoring of measures.

During the practical phases: You will become a valuable part of the make-up teams within 2.5 years. During your training, you will be predominantly employed in our marketing department and will grow into the following topics: content creation and maintenance of our social media channels, graphic and media design, selection and design of advertising media, planning and organizing events and trade fairs, intranet and news management as well as administrative tasks.
