We are looking for two Operational Management Principals who enjoy developing and implementing innovative operational processes in an international environment. You will participate in the conceptual construction of the Bundesbank Operational Management Team as part of the international ''Alliance for the Digital Euro'' (AD€). You carry out tasks in the Operational Management of the Digital Euro and work actively in corresponding national and international working groups. During the future operation of the Digital Euro, you prepare decisions, among others, in crisis situations, bring them about and meet them independently, both within the AD€ organization and against the Eurosystem and market participants. You evaluate operational, financial and reputation-related risks and tune communication inward and outward. You will develop specialist concepts and deci­sion templates to translate technical questions into operational and organizational solutions. Your expertise will be developed to further develop the operational processes, support structures and service agreements of the Digital Euro. One of the tasks is the work in shift operation and the takeover of readiness.

Master's or equivalent degree in a field relevant to the position (e.g. (economic) informatics, economics) At least two years of experience in digital payment (ideally international) projects Good knowledge of the technical and technical processing of inaccessible payment transactions Good knowledge of Retail Payments Good knowledge of the tasks, organization and operation of Operations Teams / Service Desks Good knowledge of process and project management Experience in building and operating an Operational Management Team or Service Desk is advantageous Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Responsibility and delivery as well as high service and customer orientation Excellent team skills and good knowledge in intercultural cooperation Ability to guide and motivation a qualified staff willingness and suitability for an activity with staggered working hours and for the acceptance of willingness to call Very good communication skills in English Ideally German knowledge or Willingness to acquire these
