As Project Contract Manager (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

As Project Contract Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the direct negotiation and development of project contracts and contract assignments with our customers. Here you work very closely with our sales department and the central legal department. You also take over the audit of the contract with regard to commercial and legal aspects. In your area, you will find the examination of tendering, requesting and ordering conditions as well as the creation of accreditive and commercial comments on payment targets or course assurances. You can also create and develop templates, content, checklists and standard templates and coordinate internal legal, tax, transport, financing and insurance issues.

You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economic Law or a comparable qualification; Alternatively, you have a training with relevant professional experience. Ideally, you have already gained experience as an economic lawyer, economic expert, legal expert. Alternatively, you will bring expertise in sales, preferably with experience in the field of contract testing in machine and plant engineering. You are structured, careful, reliable and work independently with good sense of priorities. With your knowledge of German and English, professional internal and external cooperation can be achieved.
