As an assembly aid (m/w/d) in aircraft construction in a modern working environment, you take over precise manual work on components and make sure that shape and dimensions are at the end. At the site, you work in a well-established team and take your care into manual contour processing.

• You process metal components manually and bring them into the desired shape by forming and straightening.
• Contours are carefully reworked by you so that the components achieve the required quality.
• When preparing and reworking workpieces, you work concentrated and clean.
• You control dimensions, shape and surface and recognize deviations early.
• You perform individual work steps according to your specifications and keep the specified quality requirements.
• Safe handling of tools and craftsmanship are an important part of your daily work.
• In a clearly structured workflow, you can also keep an overview of recurring tasks.

We are looking for

A skilled craftsman who works clean, accurate and reliable is sought. In particular, motivation, readiness to learn and a good eye for material and shape are suitable for the place as a mounting aid (m/w/d) in aircraft construction.

• Ideally, you have completed training in the metal sector or first practical experience in metalworking.
• You can also start in this role as a professional starter or directly after the training.
• Handicraft skill and safe handling of metal components are important.
• You work carefully, concentrate and bring good quality awareness.
• Work in 3-shift operation is possible for you.
• Team skills and reliability complete your profile.
